Role Overview:

The ideal candidate is passionate about African storytelling, community engagement, and leveraging digital tools to expand our reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with 2Sistars Media’s goals.
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content.
  • Interact with followers and foster an engaged online community.
  • Monitor social media analytics and provide insights.
  • Update and maintain the 2Sistars Media website.
  • Collaborate with the team to promote upcoming events.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in social media management and website maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Basic proficiency in website management platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for literature, storytelling, and community engagement is a plus.
